At our local gym, and mobily, we provide boxing sessions and personal training. Our classes are designed to be fast-paced exercise routines and activities to increase heart rate, burn high amounts of calories, stregthen core muscles, build endurance, develop athleticsim, and improve self-esteem!
Personal Training classes can be held for individuals or groups!
